We are seeking master franchisees/area representatives to help us grow.  You can own your own territory!  Do you enjoy working with others to help them succeed?  Do you have good people skills?  Then our Master Franchise/Area Representative Franchise opportunity may be for you. 

As a Master Franchise/Area Representative you will receive 50% of the monthly royalties and 50% of the franchise fees from every unit that opens in your territory.  Here is what we are looking for in a Master Franchisee:

• Management and/or Sales Experience - business, operations, sales, marketing and management experience are helpful but not essential.
• Effective Communicator - enjoys talking to people with a pleasant personality.
• The Right Attitude - a "can-do" attitude with the ability to see the "bigger picture".
• Win-Win Approach - be willing to "do what it takes" to help your franchisees be successful.  If your franchisees are successful, you will be successful. 
• Financial Ability - territory sizes vary by region but you need to have $75,000 liquid to obtain a territory.
• Desire to Follow a Proven System - we have spent years developing our system and although suggestions are always welcome, we seek to build relationships with those who believe they can follow our system.

We an intensive training class on location or here in Seattle. The training will take place in a classroom environment & in a hands-on environment, to include: Employee training, barista certification, business operations, proven marketing strategies, presentation methods, sales, hiring, financial controls and paying taxes.

• We Provide Ongoing Support:  We have a team of professionals that you can call upon when you need assistance in the operation of your Java Girls business.  We provide support on daily operations, marketing and advertising methods, creating special theme days for your barista’s, and more.

• An Affordable Business that Meets Your Needs and Budget:  Owning your own Java Girls business can be an exciting opportunity.  The total capital required to open a Java Girls Espresso Shop ranges from $75,000 to $290,600 which includes the $25,000 franchise fee.  We offer several different espresso shop models to choose from depending on your specific market conditions.
